Why it's worth checking out
The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in Brisbane turns the sitcom’s familiar settings into an indoor, walkthrough gallery. Visitors can move through recreated spaces including Monica’s kitchen, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, a Central Perk replica and the orange couch in front of the fountain. The sets are designed for photos, making this more interactive than a conventional exhibition.
The experience also includes replica props and costumes connected with the show, along with themed spaces that invite visitors to pause and explore. Highlights include the purple-doored apartment, the Central Perk setting and the boys’ apartment with its Foosball table. Photography is encouraged, although professional equipment and tripods are not permitted, and the venue asks guests to be considerate of other visitors while taking pictures.
Located in Brisbane and presented indoors in an air-conditioned space, the exhibition usually takes around 60 to 90 minutes to visit. It is a standing, walkthrough experience rather than a seated attraction, so comfortable clothing is sensible. The venue is wheelchair accessible, suitable for prams and open to all ages; children up to three do not need a ticket. There is no food or drink available for purchase inside the experience, although Uptown has food retailers nearby.
The exhibition suits fans looking for a nostalgic outing, whether visiting solo, with family or as a date. It can also accommodate larger groups, school and educational visits, and private or corporate events. An on-site Experience Store sells exclusive FRIENDS™ merchandise, including items associated with the characters. The website lists the Brisbane season from 9 April 2026 and states that the experience is due to close on 19 July, so visitors should check the ticket selector for current dates and session availability before planning a visit.
Spot Score
The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 4.7 from 137 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
