Valley Metro Retail

Valley Metro Retail is a practical shopping and services hub in Fortitude Valley, positioned directly above Fortitude Valley Station. Its location makes it a convenient stop for commuters, visitors and locals moving through Brisbane’s cultural heart, with more than 30 retailers in the centre.

The offering centres on everyday needs, including food and drink options, meal deals, pharmacies, a nail salon and a gym. There are also staple services and grab-and-go goods, making Valley Metro suited to a quick coffee stop, a shop between trips or picking up essentials without leaving the station precinct. The centre also promotes events and other activities through its What’s On listings.

Above the retail centre is Transport House, a nine-level office building with more than 9,000 square metres of flexible workspace. This adds to Valley Metro’s role as a working and commuter hub, alongside the more than 30,000 daily commuters and visitors the centre says it serves. Valley Metro lists centre hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 9pm Thursday to Saturday, and 9am to 6pm Sunday; individual store hours may differ.
