Dopo is the latest chapter in a Milton food story that began in 1993, when Mark and Narelle Tognini opened a small deli in Milton Village. Their original Tognini’s Cafe Deli grew into a local business associated with food, coffee, ready meals and catering before becoming Dopo Eatery in 2025. The new name means “after” in Italian, reflecting the venue’s idea of enjoying the moments after work, school or the morning rush. For visitors familiar with the former deli, it offers continuity through the same owners and hospitality alongside a refreshed identity.
