Brooki Chermside

Brooki Chermside is a bakery kiosk inside Westfield Chermside, on Level 1 near Glassons. It brings Brooki Bakehouse’s Brisbane-born range of sweet baked goods to the northside, with cookies, brownies and cakes at the centre of the offering. As a kiosk rather than a full café, it suits shoppers looking for something to take away, a gift, or a treat to share at home.

Cookies are the main attraction. Brooki’s Signature Cookie Box includes six chunky cookies, including New York Cookie, Milk Choc Hazelnut, Cookie Butter, Red Velvet, Birthday Cake and Classic Choc Chip. The website describes the cookies as 145g each, with some filled or topped with extra ingredients. Individual and mini-cookie formats are also available, along with Cookie Tubes, Build a Box options and cookie catering for events or corporate gifting.

For something richer, the range includes Message Brownies and Brownie Slabs. The Message Brownie is based on a fudge chocolate brownie and finished with milk chocolate ganache, a personalised white-chocolate message and selected sprinkles. It can be ordered in Choc Fudge, Biscoff or Nutella, with a gluten-free option listed for the brownie base, although the bakehouse notes that its kitchen also handles gluten. Cakes include Vintage Heart Cakes, Vintage Round Cakes, Naked Cakes and Mini Cakes, while Logo Cupcakes are available for larger custom orders.

Brooki began in Brisbane in 2022, founded by Brooke Bellamy after she started experimenting with baking in a small kitchen. The business grew through behind-the-scenes social content and now combines retail stores, online ordering and distinctive formats such as Cookie ATMs and limited-edition releases. At Chermside, the setting is a convenient Westfield stop rather than a sit-down bakery, making it a practical choice for solo shoppers, families, office treats and anyone picking up a sweet gift. The kiosk is listed as open seven days, from 10am to 5pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, with later trading until 9pm on Thursdays.
