That gives the menu a clear emphasis on from-scratch preparation and relationships with local and specialist producers, without relying on a fixed all-year selection.

The walk-in format is useful for spontaneous visits, whether you are dropping in solo or meeting someone for a relaxed catch-up. It is open seven days, with shorter weekend hours than weekdays, and does not take bookings according to the venue’s website.
