Discipline for Taekwondo & Korean Sword Art.Tae Kwon Do is one of the most systematic and powerful Korean Martial Arts. It uses offence and defence techniques with all parts of the human body while hands and feet play key roles in the techniques.It is a discipline that shows a way of enhancing one's spirit and life through mental and physical training. Today it is a global martial art that has an international reputation and stands proudly among official games in the Olympics.
What to expect
This program runs 3 times a week and has 15 sessions scheduled between 20 August and 21 September 2026, mostly on Thursday and Friday and Mondays.
Sessions usually start at 4:00 pm (100% of them) and run about 90 minutes.
