Pick what your message is about so it reaches the right person. Corrections and closure reports get looked at first, because a wrong listing is worse than no listing. Everything else usually gets a reply within a couple of business days.
If a Brisbane venue has closed, moved or changed hands, telling us is genuinely useful — this city turns over faster than our sources update, and a dead listing helps nobody. We'd rather hear about it from you than leave it sitting there.
Venue owners: you can claim your listing to correct details, add a menu link or update opening hours. Claiming is free and it doesn't change your Spot Score or where you rank — those are editorial and stay that way. If you want to appear in sponsored placements, that's a separate, clearly labelled arrangement.
If you think we've rated a Brisbane venue unfairly, tell us why. We won't change a score because someone asked, but we will re-check it against the evidence, and we've been wrong before.
